Validity of sales contract, goods and price information
The Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Web Store. The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated on the products.
Fees for delivery of the goods will be added to the price.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the goods is provided at the Webshop next to the goods.
The buyer is obliged to complete an order containing the exact description of the goods, the item number according to the manufacturer's catalog or all the car data necessary to find a suitable product (make, model, year of manufacture, capacity of a engine, fuel type , factory number 17, transmission type). By ordering independently, without consulting the seller, the buyer takes responsibility for the conformity of the selected goods.
After ordering the goods they are not booked. Purchase-sale transaction is confirmed from the moment the agreed prepayment amount has been received to Multiparts OÜ account.
The e-shop has the right to make hanges on serviceses provided on e-shop at any time.
Buyer and Disputes concerning orders and purchases between Multiparts OÜ are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the parties can turn to a consumer protection office or court to protect their rights. In resolving disagreements, the parties shall be guided by the laws in the Republic of Estonia.

Adding a product to your cart does not oblige you to buy. You can continue to choose products. If you want to make a purchase, then Click the shopping cart icon at the top of the page.
If you do not want to add or remove more products, press the "Continue shopping" button.
To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and choose the appropriate delivery method.
The amount of the fee can be then displayed, which can be paid via a bank link or other payment solution.
After placing the order, the customer will receive an invoice to the email.
As inventory is not displayed in real time, it may differ slightly from the actual one .
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to lack of goodis or for any other reason, the buyer shall be notified as soon as possible and the paid money (including delivery costs) shall be returned immediately, but not later than within 14 days of the notification.
Goods arrive to our warehouse within the time indicated next to the price on the product page. By choosing the DPD courier 1-2 business days will be added to the delivery time.

2. DPD courier € 3.50

Product Return Terms
The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days. Product returns (upon withdrawal from the contract ) Multiparts OÜ All payments made to the consumer under the contract of sale, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from the manner of delivery chosen by the Consumer, which is different from Multiparts OÜ offers the cheapest conventional delivery method), but no later than 14 days from the day of delivery to the Consumer.
The product can be returned to the address Laki 14a, Tallinn 10621. Parcel terminals also can be used for return. The phone number for returns is +372 5103031. The deadline is met if the Consumer returns the Product before the 14-day deadline. Multiparts OÜ makes such repayments using the same payment method used by the Consumer to make the payment, unless the Consumer has expressed a wish to use a different repayment method.
The produkt must be returned to Multiparts OÜ in its original packaging and unused (may have opening marks, but not damaged, used or over taped ) and in its original package (include all items in the product package). Damaged products will not be returned.
The direct costs of returning the item shall be covered by the Consumer.
In the event of a deterioration in the returned product, the Consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from the use of the product if he has used the product in any other way than it is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the item. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, the product may be handled and used only by a licensed shop.
Claims due to a decrease in the value of the product Multiparts OÜ has the right to submit to the Consumer no later than one month after the return of the product.
Before accepting a product, it is advisable for the Buyer to review the product packaging and not to accept the product in the event of external injury.
Returning delivered or canceling OEM spare parts orders isn't possible.

Right to file a claim
The online shop is responsible for the lack of conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the moment of delivery of the item and which occurs within two years from delivery of the goods to the buyer.
Within the first six months of delivery of the item to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery.
Rejecting the corresponding assumption is an obligation of the Webshop.
The Buyer has the right to contact the web store within two months at the latest, by sending an e-mail to the address email@example.com or call by phone: +372 5018725.
The online store is not responsible for any defects that have occurred after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Web Store have defects for which the Web Store is responsible, the Web Store shall repair or replace the defective goods.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Shop shall return to the purchaser.
The online store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing within 15 days.
